Pregnancy Tests

If you have had unprotected sex or your period is late, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or uncertain. A pregnancy test can be a helpful first step, and we offer lab quality testing completely free of charge. Your visit and your information are always confidential, giving you a calm, caring place to find out what’s going on.

Ultrasounds

If you are pregnant, an ultrasound is a helpful way to learn more about your pregnancy and how far along you may be. The Women’s Center provides limited obstetrical ultrasounds to check for viability, and every service is free and confidential. You will be welcomed into a safe, respectful space where you can get answers without pressure.

Pregnancy Counseling

We are here to help you understand all of your pregnancy options with kindness and clarity. Many women facing an unexpected pregnancy want information about abortion, the abortion pill, adoption, or other choices. You can explore these topics in a private, supportive space where accuracy and care come first. We will answer your questions and point you toward the resources you need. Services are always free and confidential.
